What If The Client Has To Cancel?

Cancelling before a request is accepted:

A client can cancel an ExpressBook request before it is accepted by the venue without being charged.

Cancelling after a request is accepted:

Once an ExpressBook request is accepted/confirmed by the venue, a client may cancel that booking within 24 hours without further obligation as long as that cancellation is also made more than 3 full days in advance of the event start time.

Cancelling 14 days or less before event start time:

Any ExpressBook cancelled by a client 14 days or less prior to the event start date is non-refundable, therefore the client will not receive a refund of the deposit paid or any subsequent payments made for the Event.

Any ExpressBook cancelled by a client 15 calendar days or more prior to the event start time is fully refundable and the client will receive a 100% refund of the initial deposit and any subsequent payments made for the Event.
