Pro users have the ability to edit the content of system generated emails to suit their specific needs and operating practices. To do so:
- Select the venue you wish to edit emails for on the left hand navigation bar.
- Under Management Tools, select Email Templates.
- To the left of the system generated email you wish to edit, select Edit Base Template
- Select the pencil icon to the right of the section you would like to edit.
- Select Save once edits have been made.
Please note, changes will impact event created AFTER the edits were made. Existing events will not change.
