How do I edit a system generated email's master template? (Pro)

Pro users have the ability to edit the content of system generated emails to suit their specific needs and operating practices. To do so:

  • Select the venue you wish to edit emails for on the left hand navigation bar.
  • Under Management Tools, select Email Templates.
  • To the left of the system generated email you wish to edit, select Edit Base Template
  • Select the pencil icon to the right of the section you would like to edit.
  • Select Save once edits have been made. 

Please note,  changes will impact event created AFTER the edits were made. Existing events will not change.
