A message template is a pre-drafted message that can be used over and over again to recipients. ex Menu update, thank you emails. These can be added by:
- Selecting the venues tab.
- Select the Email templates button under Venue Management Tools.
- Select 'Manage Custom Template' across from Direct Messages.
- Select "Add Message Template" on the top right
- Enter your message.
Going forward, a user can access the template within any conversation thread in the Conversations tab.
