How do I add a Message Template to Messages? (Pro)

A message template is a pre-drafted message that can be used over and over again to recipients. ex Menu update, thank you emails.  These can be added by:

  • Selecting the venues tab.
  • Select the Email templates button under Venue Management Tools.
  • Select 'Manage Custom Template' across from Direct Messages.
  • Select "Add Message Template" on the top right
  • Enter your message.
  • Save.

Going forward, a user can access the template within any conversation thread in the Conversations tab.
