Before canceling, head over to the Overview tab in the Event File :
- Select the ‘Contacts’ tab.
- Next to the contact, select the pencil icon and deselect the ‘Email’
- Select Save.
- Select the dropdown ‘Actions' button located on the right hand side.
- Select ‘Cancel’.
- A new window will appear. From the drop down, select a reason for rejecting the proposal.
- Below, please provide a description for why you are canceling and hit ‘Reject proposal’.
The automatic email will not go to the client.
