I don’t want the cancellation email to go to my client. How do I prevent?

Before canceling, head over to the Overview tab in the Event File :

  • Select the ‘Contacts’ tab.
  • Next to the contact, select the pencil icon and deselect the ‘Email’
  • Select Save.
  • Select the dropdown ‘Actions' button located on the right hand side.
  • Select ‘Cancel’.
  • A new window will appear. From the drop down, select a reason for rejecting the proposal.
  • Below, please provide a description for why you are canceling and hit ‘Reject proposal’.

The automatic email will not go to the client.
