To change your guest count:
- Select the Event File you wish to edit.
- Once in the Event File select the Proposal or Contract tab, depending on the status of your event. If you have already Finalized & Emailed the Proposal you will need to select the Edit Proposal button on the upper right of your screen.
- Select the the pencil icon to the right of the Event Overview section.
- In the space below Guest Count enter the new number of guests.
Please note the VenueBook will automatically adjust any line items with the Per Person Price Rule and then will be reflected in the Totals section or the Proposal/Contract.
