What does my client receive when I select the finalize and send button?

Your client will receive an automatic email sent from you through the VenueBook platform. This email will have a link to the Event File which they will review. If they would like to move forward with hosting the event, they will need to create a login (for security purposes) to view their ‘Event File’, which will include the ability to digitally accept, put down a payment and select their menu (if applicable).
