Congratulations! You've successfully submitted your Onboarding Form and it has been approved. The next step is to sign up for an account with our payment processing partner, STRIPE. You will have received an email prompting you to finish creating your VenueBook login.
- Login to VenueBook
- Select Connect Payment
- You will be taken to STRIPE's online application. Simply fill our the application and select "submit". If you already have an existing STRIPE account, select Connect Payment and, rather than filling out the application, select login from the upper right hand corner. Your existing STRIPE account will automatically connect to VenueBook.
Remember, you cannot access leads or book business until STRIPE is set up!
At the time of booking, the client will submit their credit card deposit. From this deposit, VenueBook's 12.5% commission is taken, along with STRIPE's processing fee which is set at 2.9% + $.30/transaction.
